Niel is a long-standing attendee of the Dead Coder Society and has recently attained full membership after presenting on Apache’s Velocity project (http://www.deadcodersociety.org/blog/process-substitution-apaches-velocity-php-eval-and-hexagonal-game-boards-and-more/).

Niel graduated from Richard Stockton College with a B.S. in Computer Science and is currently employed as a software developer.
